Couples counseling is a space where both partners are heard and supported as they work toward deeper understanding and connection. With a foundation in Gottman Couples Therapy principles, I help couples explore their relationship dynamics and create a stronger emotional foundation, focusing on communication, trust, and shared goals. This isn’t about choosing sides or forcing change; instead, it’s about fostering a safe environment where each partner can share their feelings and perspectives openly. Together, we’ll identify strengths, address challenges, and build skills to enhance your relationship in ways that feel authentic to both of you.
